Use Energy Saving Light Bulbs
We have all seen the Goverment adverts to use Energy Saving Light Bulbs at home but no one mentions the office or factory. Using Energy Saving Light Bulbs at work will not only save money on your Business Electricity bill but also on the cost of replacing bulbs as Energy Saving Light Bulbs also last a lot longer.
The average life of a Energy Saving Light Bulbs is between 8 and 15 times that of a conventional light bulb, often lasting up to 5 years. They also use 60% to 80% less Power which can mean using as much as 150KWH per annum less than conventional light bulbs.
Fluorescent lights are already Energy Saving Light Bulbs and therefore do not need to be replaced. In fact Energy Saving Light Bulbs are in fact Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL's).
